Find which posts and pages contain your forms in Gravity Forms

A common GF question appeared on the Gravity Forms Facebook group last week: How can I find all the pages where I’ve posted my forms?

The answer is you can’t, at least not by default. So I made us a new plugin to provide this oft requested feature.

Introducing List Form Pages for Gravity Forms. It’s a simple GF add-on that does precisely what it says: It provides a linked list of all the posts and pages that contain your forms. This list includes all embedded forms, whether they’re embedded by a shortcode or the new GF blocks.

The list lives in the main Gravity Forms dashboard, alongside each of your forms. ⬇️

Some obvious use cases:

  • You’re still getting submissions from an old form that you don’t want to delete but need to hide from the public. The first step is finding it.
  • You have a ton of old blog posts and you need to quickly replace some old lead forms before the boss notices.
  • You have a bunch of landing pages and need to do a full audit to make sure they all get updated with the forms for your new marketing campaign.
  • You don’t remember where you inserted Really Great Form v2 vs Really Great Form v3 (i.e., you are bad at naming things).
  • The President of the United States is on the phone. If you can’t find a link to that high converting newsletter opt-in within the next 30 seconds, an asteroid will destroy the Earth.
  • Or you know, maybe you’re just in a hurry.

I’m providing this for a one-time nuisance fee of $15. No license restrictions. No recurring payments or surprises. You pays the money, you gets the plugin, as well as any future updates or bug fixes. A download link is provided immediately after purchase.

I promise to spend your $15 only on virtuous things. With the notable exception of my children.
