The Missing Admin Bundle for Gravity Forms is out: four admin power-ups, one plugin, one license.
Four plugins, one install
Running Gravity Forms at any real scale raises the same four questions again and again: How are my forms actually performing? Where is that one entry? Which pages is this form even on? And what happened to the people who started filling it out and never finished?
We’ve been answering those questions with four separate plugins. Now they ship as one: install the bundle, activate one license, and all four tools appear in your Forms menu.
What’s inside
Form Analytics Pro. Conversion funnels, field-interaction tracking, abandonment analysis, and a realtime activity view — see exactly how each form performs and where people drop off.
Global Search. One search across all forms, entries, and notes — from a dedicated screen, a dashboard widget, or the Cmd+. / Ctrl+. command bar anywhere in the admin.
List Form Pages. A “Pages” column right on the Forms list showing every post and page each form is embedded on — page builders included — so nothing gets orphaned or double-embedded.
Manage Drafts. The missing admin screen for Save & Continue drafts: read every in-progress submission, send the submitter their resume link, add notes, extend expiry, export to CSV, and see where forms stall.
One license, no conflicts
One license key — entered once on the shared Odd Jar → Licenses screen — activates everything, and updates for all four tools arrive as a single plugin update. The bundle’s changelog always lists exactly which version of each tool is inside. The first of those updates has shipped already: Global Search 1.7.0, its screens redrawn in the Gravity Forms admin’s own style.
Already own one of the four? The bundle automatically steps aside for any standalone copy you keep running: nothing breaks, nothing loads twice, and your existing license is untouched. Deactivate the standalone whenever you’re ready and the bundle takes over.
Pricing
Bought individually, the four plugins total $196 per year for a single site. The bundle is $79 per year. A 20-site license is $299 per year (versus $748 separately), an unlimited annual license is $399, and a lifetime unlimited license is a one-time $899 (versus $1,298 separately).
The bottom line
If you manage Gravity Forms sites, these are the tools you end up wanting within the first month — analytics, search, page tracking, and draft recovery. Now they come as one install at less than half the combined price. See the full feature list, screenshots, and pricing here.
