Today we’re launching Manage Drafts for Gravity Forms — a new add-on that surfaces the form submissions you never knew you were losing.
The drafts you can’t see
Gravity Forms has a keystone feature called Save & Continue: a visitor filling out a long form can save their progress and come back later with an emailed link. The catch? Those saved drafts go into a database table with no admin screen at all. If the visitor never clicks their link — and many never do — that half-finished application, quote request, or registration silently expires about a month later. You never even knew it existed.
Manage Drafts adds the missing screen. It lives right in the Gravity Forms menu, looks exactly like the native Entries list, and shows every Save & Continue draft across all your forms.
What you can do with it
Read every draft. A native, entry-style detail view decodes the whole submission — including pending file uploads and values from fields you’ve since removed from the form.
Follow up before it’s too late. Send the submitter a reminder with their private resume link, extend the expiry on a promising draft, and keep internal notes that automatically carry over to the entry when the form is finally submitted. The list shows who was filling out each form — with smart email detection even when the visitor never asked for the resume link — plus completion bars, filter tabs, and an “Expiring soon” badge.
Fix the forms themselves. Stall analytics show which page drafts get stuck on and which required fields go unfilled. Export everything to CSV, watch the totals from a dashboard widget, or get a scheduled digest of aging drafts.
Privacy-first by design. A resume link is effectively a password to someone’s half-finished form, so Manage Drafts never prints it anywhere in the admin. It is revealed only when you explicitly click Reveal, and every screen and action respects Gravity Forms’ own entry capabilities.
The bottom line
